Her remarks explore her observational guide based on ancient, earth-bound Medicine Wheel teachings. Each compass direction on the wheel offers lessons and gifts that can create a balanced individual. To exist at the center of the circle, one's personality equally incorporates the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of character.
