On Feb. 16, 2019, the Spirit Horse Ranch Women's Drum Circle participated in opening the Shambala Meditation Center, Tulsa, OK. We sang the Strong Woman song and the Women's Water Song accompanied by our handmade drums.

The
opening was well attended beginning with a wet, green juniper
purification ceremony in the Tibetan tradition, at the main outdoor
entrance. There were a number of speakers, ceremonies and chants with
cello and cedar flute music interspersed with the program.
Manda Pie contributed her painting of a principal Tibetan Goddess. It can be viewed in part behind the photo. Refreshments followed.
