You CAN count fully on your mind by perhaps making a slight
languaging shift. Consider this. When the 'slow mind' talk comes up -
make a lateral and also internal shift to the
'slow place of elemental beingness'. Ask for knowingness to
emerge consciously into your body. You are in tune with deep the
vibrations, pulses, fluids and fires ... of pre-mental creation.
That being said, let's do this. Begin by saying your Name.
think a valued offering forward and then petition for enhanced
knowledge and understanding of your stated issue. Upon completion of
this
prayer/conversation, Offer gratitude and thanks for the visit. If you
did not immediately receive Information, remain aware and Alert in the bones and blood for a Deep visceral knowingness to emerge or begin to emerge.
Take
your time. This is your time and life we are speaking of and I think
you have a deep yearning to slow your personal pace of life and
calibrate it to the larger schedules.
You
are on the cusp of integrating your deeper/est center with the physical
mind, heart, body and spirit AND your outer responsibilities, interests
and soul service. Moving and exciting work!
Now,
Just begin
by slowing speech, breath, eating, moving, driving, writing
(everything) etc....forever. Give yourself permission. Go to bed 30 min.
earlier, Set the alarms or leave 20 min. early so you can
forget about time more, make lists and work ahead so rushing is reduced
to a minimum, and look where you can simplify just one thing.
Yours, in the Spirit of Beingness,
Dawn Woman

Dawn Woman,
ReplyDeleteBlessings to you and your insightful mind. Thank you for your wise words. I shall take time to take my time. It is good to be reminded that this is my time and life. Give yourself permission. I give myself permission to go to bed 30 min. earlier, to leave 20 min. early so I don't have to hurry to work and have time to walk slowly to camp, working ahead on my lists is going to take some effort on my part but, makes so much sense. I am seeking to simplify just one thing. Thank you again Dawn Woman this is just what I needed to hear today.
